Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the XLR8 website. 

Eligibility 

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence to make a purchase. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

Health & Product Disclaimer 

The products sold on this site are sports supplements and nutritional products intended for use by healthy adults. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medication. 

 

XLR8 makes no claims that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results may vary. It is your responsibility to use products as directed on their labels. 

Dropshipping & Third-Party Fulfilment 

XLR8 operates as a dropshipping retailer. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship products directly to you. While we carefully select our supplier partners, XLR8 acts as the retailer of record and is your point of contact for all order, return, and service enquiries. Do not contact suppliers directly regarding your order. 

Products & Pricing 

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but product formulations, labels, and packaging may vary from what is shown. All offers are subject to availability. 

Orders & Payment 

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, involve reseller activity, or exceed reasonable purchase quantities. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. 

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal as payment methods. PayPal is provided by PayPal, Inc. and operates under PayPal's own User Agreement and Privacy Policy. When paying via PayPal, your transaction is processed directly by PayPal and XLR8 does not receive or retain your payment credentials. Disputes regarding PayPal transactions should be directed to PayPal in the first instance, though we are happy to assist in resolving any order-related concerns. 

Order Confirmation 

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful checkout. XLR8 reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or payment issues. We will contact you promptly if any issue arises with your order. 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Intellectual Property 

All content on this site including logos, images, product descriptions, and copy is the property of XLR8. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written consent. 

Prohibited Uses 

You agree not to use this site to: (a) engage in unlawful activity; (b) upload malicious code or viruses; (c) harvest personal information of others; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) infringe on any intellectual property rights; or (f) interfere with site security or operation. 

Disclaimer of Warranties 

This site and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

Limitation of Liability 

XLR8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
