Return & Refund Policy

Overview 

At XLR8, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and certain conditions apply. 

Eligibility for Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions: 

•     Item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging 
•     All original labels and seals are intact 
•     A receipt or proof of purchase is provided 

For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplement products cannot be returned unless they are defective or have caused an adverse reaction. All clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable. 

Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide: 

•     Your order number 
•     A description of the issue 
•     Photos of the item and packaging where applicable 

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, contact us before sending anything back. Do not return items directly to the supplier — all returns must be pre-approved by XLR8.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address. Return addresses may vary depending on which supplier fulfilled your order. 

Shipping Costs 

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. XLR8 is not responsible for lost return shipments. 

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfilment partner, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. 

If your original payment was made via PayPal, your refund will be returned to your PayPal account. PayPal's own processing times may affect when funds become available in your account.
